Winter Green Holiday Knits

Just catching up with making some cards to get in the post and I followed a technique I used here on - an Artsy Christmas card - but this time I tinted the white modelling paste with sap green media fluid acrylic paint and used a green music background patterned paper. The stencil is from Tim's mini stencil set 19 and I used his holiday knit, garden greens and holiday greens thinlits as well.

I actually made four of these with different borders from the holiday knit set, but three are already in the post.

I'm still in production mode getting extras made which I need to send asap so you'll see a few more over the next few days.

Hope your preparations are going well.

hugs Brenda xxx

Oh I love the textured background with the mix of the die cuts and embossing paste. It looks like a snowfilled ground with beautiful branches.

This is incredible Brenda! When I look at the main part, it's looking through tree after tree in a wintery forest. There seems to be so many layers of branches and foliage and snow, what an amazing effect of dimension you have created! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! hugs and happy weekend!

Snowy magic! I find that snow and green are most beautiful together, and used much less often than blue. But how beautiful are they together, especially in your gorgeous artsy design. Hugs, Autumn

Oh My! Such a beautiful card! It's funny how we have all year to make cards but always (nearly always) end up rushing to get things in the post last minute when we are usually so good at meeting deadlines!! Big Hugs, Chrisx
