Look on sites like Dezinaworld, Graphics Fairy and Bumble Buttons for free downloads. Print them as they are or use PSE and layer some of the images together. Add a sentiment, maybe some stickles and distress inks; some simple embellishments like buttons and a sticker and another card finished fairly quickly and easily.
