Toby in a bag was my choice for this week, but pop along to the MAWTT challenge site and see the wonderful creations from the DT.
I used this gorgeous little basket and rabbit as my inspiration for the colour scheme. These were a present from a very sweet American girl, Megan, who is the grandaughter of some very good friends of ours, from Orange County in California. They came to stay with us for 3 weeks last year and brought me these for my birthday. Now my grandaughters have great fun with them. The rabbit plays a song and his ears go up and down, this has fascinated them both and they dance to it, especially when they are putting on a 'show'. The basket usually has little toys in that they play with.

blossom, pink carnation (ears, nose, basket)
pastel pink, dusky pink, ivory (the rabbit)
yellow, buttercup, tulip yellow, (basket and flower)
meadow, leaf, green (basket and leaves)
duck egg, cyan, magenta (basket)
orchid, (basket)
warm grey, amethyst, soft green (butterfly)
pastel blue (outline)
Hope it's been a good week for you so far. I am nearly at the end of term and my school visits, so then I hopefully will have more time to design and create.
Take care. Luv B xxxx
PS Just a heads up, I am hosting the challenge over at MAWTT next week and I have a sketch and a theme for you. If you want to be thinking about it, think pastel colours and think vintage/shabby chic. That will get you going - hope to see you there.
