Guest Designer Christmas Card

Happy Monday everyone

Firstly, welcome to Jess who has joined me and who is a creator at OSAAT. Hi Jess thanks for joining this road show.

As part of my win at Pear Tree Designs, I have been invited to be a guest designer for a month, now isn't that fantastic and it's great creating things for a different group of people, one of them is my MAWTT team-mate Heidi. Thanks to Donna for giving me this opportunity.

This is my first card for PTD and it is a sketch challenge with a twist, which is to add gems. Now you may remember me saying that I am way behind many of you making Christmas cards, so I thought I would make another one and I found this gorgeous image at the Graphic Fairy, which immediately reminded me of my grandaughters. So I think this will be their card this year.

The image and the sentiment have been edged with bundled sage DI and with crystal stickles. I created the sentiment on the computer to fit the sketch. I punched out the snowflakes in glitter card and have put gems onto some silver card, using the same to mount the sentiment on. The pink backing paper is from one of my Christmas paper stacks.

I hope you like my interpretation of the sketch and feel inspired to have a go at this challenge.

Take care. B xxx
