I have been wanting to get out the bees wax for ages and have been trying to find the time to enter the wax Spicy Supple challenge at Gingersnap Creations.
So whilst I was playing with vintage images this week I decided to add some wax to this card. You can just make out the wax stamped area which has been brushed with interference red perfect pearls and below enlarged so you can see the detail.
A small wooden piece, painted with white acrylic, adorns the little rosette.
Enjoy.

ReplyDeleteWonderful card Brenda especially the waxed area.
ReplyDeleteSorry I haven't been in touch. I don't know where the time goes!
School has been a little traumatic! First day back we found a huge tree blown down across the playground. Then we have had 2 cases of Meningitis so we have had the authorities in all day holding meetings for parents and staff and handing out antibiotics to everyone! To top that a building next door set on fire this morning!!!We also had the funeral of one of the parents this afternoon.I wonder what next will bring?
Hope you have had a much better week
Love and hugs Sarah x
