Shabby Colours

I think I am on a roll in making shabby chic cards. This is another for my set, which now has 2 in it.

The inspiration for this came from -

Colour Throwdown - Use pear pizzazz, kraft and blushing bride

Paper Sundaes - Distress

Critter challenge - Distress and add a circle (sentiment - I made it myself especially for this challenge using a Raindrop Echo saying and adding it digitally to the circle.)

Wild Orchids - Let's get sentimental

I took another photo to show you that I have added gold foil onto some of the raised parts of the embossed paper. This adds another dimension to the overall effect. Technique suggested by my sister - and I think it has worked really well.

Zig glue pen and gold foil
