Welcome Readers, I hope life is good with you.
Firstly a big warm welcome to Lisa at The Purple Place - lovely to see you Lisa and thankyou for joining me on my creative journey.
Well it's week 14 of the Compendium of Curiosities challenge at Linda's lovely blog - Studio L3. What a week, basic masks, which is something I never do enough of and yet when I was in the classroom teaching, it was a technique I often used with my children when we were bookmaking. Tim describes how to do it on P.58 of his book and I decided to put this to good use on a page of my memories book I am making.
Here are a series of pics from start to finish. The first two show the masks I used, one is Floret mini mask and the other is called Borderline both by TH.
This is the book page and I have printed over the masking and added my embellishments. The idea is to make lots of tags and photo and journalling mats for pics and information to be added in later. These show the page with the tags in and the tags out. You can see a large one peeking out from the page itself.

I have more pages in the pipeline and hopefully will be able to post them in due course.
Have a great weekend.
Take care. Luv B xxxx

Good Afternoon Brenda these pages are just so striking, and that tag coloured in those gorgeous flowers is just so fabulous it reminds me of a tea set my parents had when I was a child( you can't beat a bit of nostalgia) the photographer tag is so fabulous too and the grungeboard flowers, I am once again "suitably blown away" and those butterflies all just so scrummy.
back soon can't wait love chris xx
